The biggest mysteries of the Bermuda triangle.
History of the Bermuda triangle, also known as the “devil’s Triangle”, disturbs the hearts of people from early 1800. This area is located around the Western part of the North Atlantic ocean-and there really is something wrong. Ships and planes have disappeared here in the past and lost to this day, leaving no trace. Here are some of the main mysteries of the Bermuda triangle, stay away from those waters.
Carroll A. Deering
One of the most famous Ghost ship was found on 31 January 1921. Last time a schooner loaded with coal, seen on January 29 the same year, the lightship — but without the crew. On Board the Ghost ship rescuers have not found any evidence about what happened, it remained in their places, as if the team just left the schooner.
Flight 19
In December 1945 by a group of five US Navy Avenger fighter with a call sign of Flight 19 took off on a normal training for orienteering. After some time, the commander was amazed to realize that he could not return to base — the more they searched, the further left into the open ocean. In the last message (connection to database was kept all the time) the commander decided to land the aircraft on water because of lack of fuel. More Flight 19 was never seen.
Ellen Austin
The captain of the “Ellen Austin” noticed an unknown schooner in the Central Atlantic and decided to land on Board part of the team. On Board a strange ship found valuable cargo. Both ships moved to Boston, but before the harbour was reached only one. Ghost ship vanished into thin air with the whole team.
Douglas DC – 3
Douglas Dakota or DC-3, has always been considered one of the most reliable aircraft of its time. In December 1948 another DC-3 took off from Puerto Rico with 28 passengers on Board. The flight was headed to Miami, but lost in the Bermuda triangle. No wreckage, no other traces were found.
The Disappearance Of Trislander
Think of all the mysteries of the Bermuda triangle in the past? Mystique has not aged a day. In December 2008, three-engine Trislander flew from Santiago to new York with 12 passengers on Board, however, never made it to the destination. Just 35 minutes after takeoff the plane disappeared from radar. Despite massive search operations by the US Coast guard, no one knows what happened to the plane and his team.
Flight 441
October 30, 1954, the flight 441 simply vanished on the border of the Bermuda triangle. The pilot did not even have time to send the S. O. S. Body? The wreckage? Nothing of the sort. Vanished into thin air — suddenly and forever.
B. S. A. A Star Tiger
British aircraft company South American Airways was headed for Bermuda from Santa Maria, but disappeared somewhere in the Atlantic. The pilot calmly requested Bermuda, got the answer — and that’s it. After half an hour connection was no longer any. Thirty minutes gone 25 passengers and 6 crew members.
