At the same time we see that time is not our ally, because people are tired of war, of bureaucracy, from the ordeal,” – said the head of Lithuanian foreign Ministry.

He also believes that “the Marshall plan” should be called “European plan”.

“We have not called this plan “the Marshall Plan”, because there is an Association with an alternate plan at other times and for other reasons… But we call it the “European plan” for Ukraine”, – said Linkevičius.
