In the National Commission for state regulation in the field of communications and Informatization approved the draft resolution of the Cabinet on the extension of the use of technology analogue terrestrial television to 30 July 2018. This is stated on the website of the NCCIR.
The Commission agreed the draft without comment.
“The proposed changes relate to the extension until 30 June 2018, the use of Analog radio broadcasting in Ukraine”, – reported in the NCRIC.
We will remind, earlier it was expected that the analog broadcasting technologies in Ukraine will be stopped on 30 June 2017. Before that it was planned to turn off analog TV in 2015.
