LG has patented the smartphone unusual shape

LG patented stretchable smartphone

LG has filed for registration of patents, which describes a device very unusual shape. According to the documents, the Korean manufacturer is working on a smartphone that can turn into a tablet and Vice versa by stretching or bending,
The first image shows the device when folded resembles an ordinary smartphone. But if pulling the edges, it will expand to tablet size.

Another render shows a more usual variant bend the device in half. Depending on the situation the device can act as a smartphone or small tablet.

Note that in creating such devices also are interested Samsung, Microsoft and other companies.
