The German company Continental, Italian Pirelli, Goodyear, American and South Korean Hankook has announced a price increase for tires. Thus, according to experts, the price increase will affect the entire tire industry. And it concerns all kinds of tires: letniy and Zimniy, cars and trucks.
“We expect the burden of additional costs for the current 2017 in the amount of 500 million euros, said the representative of the company Continental, is already in the last quarter of 2016 the price of natural and synthetic rubber has increased markedly”.
So, the tyres of Hankook by April 2017, will cost 4-5% more expensive, the production Pirelli to 9%, Goodbyear already raised prices by 8%.
