“LDNR” refuse a phased prisoner exchange

The separatists agree to a one-time only exchange.

LDNR stated that it will not even discuss a phased prisoner exchange. They only agree on a one-time exchange according to the formula 74 to 306. This was stated by Olga Kobzeva — LC representative, head of the working group on exchange of prisoners of war.

“Of course, the dialogue was to transfer all at the same time. No gradualism, in parts, is not even discussed… We pass on: 74 people on 306” — said Kobzeva.

She expressed hope that at today’s meeting of the humanitarian sub-group in Minsk will be the date of the exchange of prisoners of war.

Earlier, the representative on humanitarian issues in the framework of the Trilateral contact group on settling the situation in Donbas, Viktor Medvedchuk claimed that the exchange of prisoners by the formula “306 74” will be the first stage after the resumption of the liberation of the hostages.
