The relevant footage posted on the YouTube channel Ruptly TV service.
As can be seen, before the talks with Lavrov, head of the US state Department Rex Tillerson journalists began to ask questions concerning the situation in Syria.
The Minister asked one of the journalists: “Who taught you?” (eng. “Who is giving you your manners?”).
Lavrov twice repeated this question, since the first time his words were ignored.
