Canadian artist Matthew therrien returns with the sequel to his series of “double portraits”, called “Final Girls & Cinema Survivors”. The first part, if you remember, we showed you in November 2016.
The creative approach Matthew remains the same: in his paintings he combines portraits of the so-called “sole survivor”, “final girls” and villains, with which the face in horror movies. The last time the artist was inspired by such films as “Friday the 13th”, “Hellraiser,” “Nightmare on elm street” and “Alien”, in the continuation of this series looked at “the Exorcist”, “Psycho”, “Phantasm”, “Halloween” and other classic films.
In this series is already 14 such portraits.
