Shareholders of Kyivenergo founded the operator of the distribution systems of Kyiv DTEK power grid.
December 22, shareholders of Kyivenergo decided to allocate from structure of the operator distribution systems – Kyiv DTEK power grid.
About it reported in a press-service of the company.
“The company will carry out the activity of distribution of electricity and operation of power grids. In this regard, Kyivenergo reports on the balance of PJSC DTEK, Kyiv supply rights, obligations and assets for the implementation of the distribution business. It is expected that state registration of the new company will be completed in February 2018”, – stated in the message.
In connection with the reorganization, the shareholders decided to convert 108,4 million shares of Kyivenergo nominal value of UAH 0.25 each in the same amount of Kyivenergo shares with a nominal value of UAH 0.05 each and DTEK Kiev the mains with a nominal value of 0.2 UAH each.
“Therefore, all current shareholders will become owners of the shares in Kyivenergo and DTEK Kiev power”, – specify in a press-service.
