Ex-world champion Vladimir Klitschko has not yet decided on future plans on career.
At the end of April Klitschko in London at a football stadium “Wembley” early lost to Brit Anthony Joshua. Ukrainian in the fifth round, got up after a knockdown, then sent the opponent in a horizontal position, but the last word was still for Joshua, who finished the fight in the 11th round.
Klitschko has the right to an immediate rematch, but the Ukrainians have not yet decided how to do it: take the second fight, or to retire after two defeats in a row.
“Now Vladimir’s resting in Florida with his wife and daughter, relaxing. He will make his decision very quickly when you get back, no later than the beginning of June. His next step may be either a rematch or retire from Boxing.
He will consult with the coach and decide whether he is ready yet to pass such a heavy three-month training,” said the Manager Klitschko Bernd Bente in an interview for the British press.
Earlier, the promoter Anthony Joshua Eddie Hearn announced preliminary details of the rematch with Wladimir Klitschko. The second fight between the two Olympic Champions may not take place before October of the current year, and the venue can be megafit stadium in Cardiff or China.
