The people of Kiev will start to connect heating, provided that the capital will decrease the average temperature. This was stated by the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko.
“If the average daily air temperature is below 8, then we can start heating residential buildings”, – he stressed.
According to Klitschko, the power to start the heat supply to hospitals, kindergartens and schools before it gets colder. If these institutions apply to the supply of heat, they are connected to the heating.
Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Gennady Zubko reported that the readiness for the heating season in Ukraine is 97.6%. September 26, Gennady Zubko said that because of a cold snap heating season may start earlier.
In Kiev, only 52% of homes are now ready to connect the heat on what was discussed in the “Kyivenergo”. Groisman says that gas in storage will be enough for the heating season.
