This was stated by the head of Kyiv city state administration Volodymyr Bondarenko, the press service of the Metropolitan administration.
In KSCA said that the court ordered to cancel the decision to restrict the sale of alcoholic, low alcohol beverages and beer in stationary objects of trade in Kiev.
Bondarenko assured that while the decision to time limit the sale of alcohol acts.
– The city Council today lodged an appeal. We will fight to the end! Will enter into force the decision – will perform. But the abolition of the restriction of sale of alcohol from 23:00 to 10:00 don’t believe!, – said Bondarenko.
Earlier, the Kyiv regional territorial office of Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine reported that the court ordered the city Council to cancel the decision on a ban of realization of alcoholic and soft drinks.
