Monday, 27 February, in Kiev, declared a storm warning.
“According to Ukrgidromettsentra, February 27, gusts of 15-20 m/s in Kiev”, – stated in the message.
As previously reported, in Transcarpathia continues, the spring flood caused by temperature rise and melting of snow in the highlands. In particular, during the day on February 25 at the river Tisza, the water level increased by 70 cm, now the height of flood waves up to 5 metres.
