In Kiev between the perpetrator and his drunken colleague, there was a verbal conflict, in the midst of which 21-year-old man with fists and feet struck the opponent multiple injuries from which the victim died.

In a call center of Svyatoshinsky police Department received a report from the security guard of the construction site that the car on the street Yakub Kolas he found his dead 41-year-old colleague.

On the scene left the investigatory-operative group and Chief Sviatoshynsky police departments. At the specified address the law enforcement officers found on the bed in the trailer a man with multiple bruises on the head and body.

Event details the investigative Department of the Sviatoshynsky police Department brought in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations under part 1 St. 115 (Premeditated murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, and then began to carry out a complex quickly-the search actions directed on establishment of persons, involved in the death of men.

After the expert study, the police found out that the cause of death of men have injuries caused by a blunt object.

Two of the guards told investigators that their colleague was beaten about a week before death. The witnesses added that the man was often intoxicated and provoked conflicts and fights.

In turn, the daughter of the deceased appealed to the Svyatoshino police Department with a written statement and said that he saw his father shortly before his death, without bruises and injuries. These words were confirmed by another witness-a construction worker who said he saw the man the day before the death of healthy.

During the investigation police found contradictions between the testimony of security guards and relatives of the deceased Builder.

Therefore, the police conducted further interrogation of the security guards of the construction site. In the result of procedural actions 21-year-old colleague of the dead man – the senior of change of protection – said that between them there was a verbal conflict due to the fact that 41-year-old security guard consumed alcoholic beverages to the homeless in the construction trailer. In the middle of a fight, the attacker struck the man numerous punches and kicks to the head, buttocks and elbows. After that, the guard put beaten colleague to bed and covered him with a blanket.

During the investigation, the criminal investigative division Sviatoshynsky police Department reclassified the event to part 2 of article 121 (Deliberate heavy injury, entailed death) the Criminal code of Ukraine.

21-year-old defendant faces up to ten years of imprisonment.
