Kiev cops “tied” the thief, the foreigner

The inhabitant of Kiev was robbed in the capital’s restaurant.

The restaurant in Obolon from the visitors the attacker stole a mobile phone.

Law enforcement officers found that 33-year-old foreigner pulled out an expensive gadget at the woman out of the bag. Detained a kidnapper during integrated testing.
