Kiev complained to the President of the PTA project “Teremky – 3”

“In the PTA “Teremky-3”is not taken into account the location of existing garage-construction cooperatives, and the forest belt between St. Big ring road,1 and the house No. 1 down the street Cheremkhovskoe”, – said in the appeal of the inhabitants.

Residents of the neighborhood “Teremki-1” are revolted that from-for the scandalous draft of the Detailed plan of the territory (DPT) “Teremky-3” existing garage-construction cooperatives and forest plantations can be destroyed, and their territory is built up.

In this regard, the head of the body of self-organization of population (ERP) “Committee of the neighborhood “Teremki-1” Olga Bakun sent a letter to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

As stated in the letter, the territory in which the PTA developed “Teremky-3” captures the shelterbelts and the existing garage-construction cooperatives, with 585 members. We are talking about cooperatives GSK “towers”, GSK “Odessa”, GSK “Chestnut” and GSK’s “Cybernetics”.

“In the PTA “Teremky-3”is not taken into account the location of existing garage-construction cooperatives, and the forest belt between St. Big ring road,1 and the house No. 1 down the street Cheremkhovskoe is the territory of green plantations of common use. Thus, existing GSK, the existing forest will be demolished and the area will be developed”, – the statement says.

As it turned out, the residents of the neighborhood and founded “Teremki-1”, the representatives of DOS and the listed GSK were not even invited to the public hearings on the approval of the PTA “Teremky-3”.

Residents of the Towers was not the first to oppose the destruction of existing objects for the implementation of DPT “Teremky-3”. Earlier, residents of private sector street Golanski and Czabanowska (Goloseevskiy district) also protested the draft, according to which the place of the private sector is expected to grow high-rises.
