Kiev angered the owners of expensive cars who have places for people with disabilities

In Kiev, Desnyanskiy area on the Parking places for people with disabilities took the Range Rover, Audi and Honda.

At the same time, the cars illegally parked in handicapped spaces are subject to evacuation.
