Birds supposedly painted by facade paint.
On the Sofia square in Kiev, inhabitants and guests of the capital are offered for a fee, take a photo with the colored doves.
This phenomenon was noticed by the photographer of “Apostrophes”.
While head of the shop the man said that colored pigeons facade paint with a roller. Edition unknown, is it a joke, or animals become victims of business-flayers. On specifying question of the journalist of “Apostrophes” hazard paint for birds there was no answer.
