The Minister of infrastructure has revealed details of a new project.
We plan in the future, the new railway, which in a straight line will connect Kiev and Odessa, maybe to the track a European standard of 1435 mm. this was stated by the Minister of infrastructure Vladimir Omelian.
“I also want to include in this list the first concession the railway, eurokolia that will connect Kiev and Odessa. Interest from foreign investors for this already”, – said the Minister.
In Ukraine currently, the path width of 1520 mm.
Omeljan previously stated that high-speed rail journey may appear in our country in the future 5-10 years. The first such area should be Kiev-Odessa and Kyiv-Warsaw.
Note that it is against the Warsaw direction Omeljan talked about euroklee. Potential investors are Chinese companies.
