“The court, after hearing the arguments of the prosecution and the explanations of the defendant and ruled to satisfy the petition of the police investigator and the Prosecutor to apply to the suspect house arrest around the clock for a period of 60 days at residence in Odessa”, – announced the decision of the judge Sergey Zhukovsky.
Consideration of the petition of the public Prosecutor on the implementation of the inpatient forensic psychiatric examination in respect of the defendant, the court adjourned to 8 November.
As reported, the defendant is accused of committing offenses under part 2 of article 146 (illegal imprisonment or kidnapping) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
We recall that on 5 November at lunchtime in a call center of Department of police of Odessa, it was reported that the Playground on the street Yitzhak Rabin disappeared 9-year-old boy. First, the parents searched for the child himself, and only in the evening when their search was not successful, appealed to the police.
