Kharkiv: drunken Teens beat to death 68-the summer pensioner

In the Kharkiv region. a group of drunken young men beat to death 68-year-old man, reported the press service of the local police.

In a call center received a report from the ambulance paramedic about the delivery in the hospital men in a state of alcoholic intoxication and abrasions of the face. There he died.

Later it was established that the persons involved in the beating. They were 5 young men aged 14 to 22 years.

As militiamen found out, the victim in a condition of alcoholic intoxication confused the building and began knocking on the window to strangers. To drive away the uninvited guest, the woman called his minor sons. They in turn called three comrades. Suddenly, between men there was a quarrel. As a result, those struck 68-year-old man injuries from which he died.

On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 121 (intentional grievous bodily injury) and part 2 of article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal code of Ukraine. Sanctions of articles provide the maximum punishment till 10 years of imprisonment.
