The former head of GosKomInvest preparing to defend in court.
The former head of GosKomInvest Kaskiv will reimburse the state and will protect its interests in court. About it he wrote on Wednesday, 1 November, in Facebook.
“In order to stop speculation on the loss the state has decided to reimburse them regardless of the final decision of the court. For the same reasons, decided to pay for flights”, – he wrote.
Kaskiv also confirmed the message of the Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko, and noted that indeed voluntarily returned to Ukraine.
“I went to the Republic of Panama with a request to provide consent voluntarily to come to Ukraine on September 18.On 27 October, the Supreme Court of Panama granted my request, an irrevocable fixing of international guarantees of Ukraine not to file additional charges,” – said Kaskiv.
He also emphasized that alone paid for the flight.
