John.To. Simmons faces challenges from a parallel dimension (TRAILER)

Cable TV channel Starz unveiled the trailer for the new series – a fantastic Thriller “the other side” (Counterpart). Secret organizations, darkest secrets, killers and victims – all we love. And yet, it seems, was not very long ago stories about the interaction of parallel dimensions. That’s the subject decided to recall.

The Directors of the American project are the Norwegian Morten Tyldum and a native of Tashkent Alik Sakharov. Such is the international team. Tyldum is known due to the “bounty Hunters”, “the imitation Game” and “Passengers” with Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence. Sugars in turn worked on a lot of TV series, including “Game of thrones”, “Dexter”, “Black sails” and “house of cards”. Experience these guys enough.

On the script for “the other side” I worked with Amy Berg (“Da Vinci’s Demons”, “the 4400”) and Justin marks (“the jungle Book”). The story tells of how:

Howard Silke, a minor cog in the bureaucracy, discovers that the Agency he works for, is actually involved in security transitions in a parallel dimension.

Main role (or rather, two) played a wonderful actor John.To. Simmons, who we know and love on the trilogy of Sam Raimi about spider-Man, “Obsession” and a heap of other roles. For example, this fall he can be seen in “the Snowman” and “the justice League”. The company he was Harry Lloyd (“Game of thrones”, “the universe Stephen Hawking”), of Nazanin, Boniadi (“homeland”), Olivia Williams (“Sixth sense”), Ulrich Thomsen (Banshee) and others.

The series premiere is expected on 21 January 2018.
