Japanese rail company apologized for sending the train on 20 seconds earlier

Representatives of the Japanese railway company on the Tsukuba Express line has apologized to passengers for sending one of the trains from the station 20 seconds ahead of schedule.

The train, EN route from Tokyo to Tsukuba city, was to depart from the station “Minami Nagareyama” near the Japanese capital at 9:44:40, and instead departed at 9:44:20.

The management of the shipping company expressed its “sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused”, explaining that an error has occurred due to the fact that the crew of the train didn’t check the departure time.

“The crew didn’t know how, you should check the time and carried out the procedure of departure”, – said in a statement. However, they added that none of the passengers complaining had become.

Travel by train Tsukuba Express from the station “Akihabara electric town” in the East of Tokyo in Tsukuba city takes about 45 minutes.
