A group of scientists from the University of California conducted a study on aging rodents, the result of which was able to establish that dark chocolate has beneficial effects on health and fights aging.
To learn how dark chocolate affects the health in particular we are talking about the rejuvenation process, the researchers conducted experiments on laboratory rodents.
During the two week period of aging mice received the substance as the flavonoid epicatechin, which is in the above product. As a result, scientists have discovered that the test subjects decreased the level of stress oxidative in nature, and also starred inflammation of nerve cells, leading to rejuvenation of the body.
Scholars note that dark chocolate is actually able to save people, not only bad mood, but also to help in the fight against aging, so both men and women should not abandon the use of this type of product.
