It is a popular drug deprives a person of joy

American scientists have proved that paracetamol has not only analgesic and antipyretic activity, but deprives a person of joy.

Until recently there was no data about side effects from popular medications, however, that this observation was made by researchers on the results of the experiment.

In the framework of the research, conducted by employees of Ohio University, volunteers were asked to rate the photographs, causing bright emotions. The authors noted that the participants who took paracetamol was less joyful or sad than those who took “dummy”.

Thus, we can assume that the popular analgesic is able to influence the emotional state of a person.
