In the State budget of Ukraine for 2017 on the development of Ukrainian culture provides more than 3 billion hryvnia.

This is stated in the congratulation of Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman on the International day of the native language, published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

“In the State budget of Ukraine for 2017 on the development of Ukrainian culture provides more than 3 billion UAH, including for a cinema, the image of the Ukrainian projects in the world in different directions, the launch of the Ukrainian Institute of the book”, – stated in the message.

According to the head of the government, within the last year done a lot of good deeds that will contribute to the further development of the Ukrainian language.

“In the formation and protection of our information space is important to create conditions and incentives for the production and dissemination of their own cultural product, in particular, in the Ukrainian language. I am convinced that today for the first time in the years of independence, implemented a full-fledged protectionist policies for the protection and development of the Ukrainian language and culture”, – said Groisman.
