Ukraine will remain an obstacle in relations between the United States and the Russian Federation until the full implementation of the Minsk agreements.
This at a press conference following the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the U.S. Secretary Rex Tillerson.
“Until you reach the full progress of the Minsk agreements, the situation in Ukraine will remain an obstacle in relations between the US and Russia,” said Tillerson.
Recall, April 11 Tillerson arrived in Moscow, where he met with Lavrov and Putin.
