Specialists in medicine found that the most useful pose to health is sleep on the back.
Scientists said: the main criterion must still remain the individual preferences of the person.
While sleeping on the back relaxes the muscles and stretches the spine, and the lack of contact face with a pillow prevents premature appearance of facial wrinkles and spread of acne. The only downside of such a posture is a big chance of snoring, difficult breathing.
Slightly less popular position during sleep position is on your side. It allows the sleeper to feel comfortable and to breathe, though there can sometimes be pain in the shoulders and arms, as well as squeezing of stomach, liver or lungs.
According to doctors, sleeping on the stomach is extremely undesirable for well being. The spine is deprived of support, the neck is in the wrong position, and the next morning can appear facial swelling.
