In 2017, the salary is not increased more than 25% of employees
According to the survey of International HR portal HeadHunter Ukraine, 36% of respondents noted that their companies have raised the salary to all employees without exception; 33% – increased only for those who have met or exceeded the plan, 26% said the companies they work for did not revise wages.
On the reduction of wages was reported by only 5% on the entire range of respondents.
This was announced by the representative of the HR portal “HeadHunter” Ukraine Ekaterina, Krivoruchenko, the correspondent of ГолосUA.
2017 employers have begun to increasingly focus on efficiency, increasing salaries to those who fulfill the plan (the proportion of such compared with 2016. increased by 15%).
Among those who received a raise, nearly one-third reporting an increase of 10%. 5% increased the level of remuneration of every fifth employee. Every sixth Respondent said the pay increase more than 30%. 15% raise 11%, 20% and 13% of respondents, 30 percent received a raise of 8% of the respondents.
