It is reported by the foreign Ministry, citing data from the joint center for the coordination of the search, the release of illegally detained persons, hostages and establishing the whereabouts of missing persons in the area of the ATO.
The search for the missing Ukrainians is impossible because of the barriers of Russian mercenaries in the Donbass, says the Ministry. In addition, the militants are hampering the activities of international humanitarian organizations in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
“The country-aggressor and massively violates human rights in annexed Crimea, where the occupation authorities kidnapped and persecuted Ukrainians, including the Crimean Tatars”, – added in Department.
