The numbers are impressive.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin approves more than 84% of the population, and over 53% of Russians who participated in the survey are satisfied with the work of the head of the government Dmitry Medvedev.

This is evidenced by published findings of a survey conducted by the Russian centre for public opinion studies (VTSIOM).

“The approval of the President’s activities in August, the average was 83.5 per cent, according to data for August 28 – September 3 for 84.4%. Evaluation of the work of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet of Ministers fluctuated within narrow limits. The average value in late August – early September to the Prime Minister – 53,3%, according to the Cabinet of Ministers in General – 57,4% “, – stated in the message.

And the work of the state Duma in August welcomed 51% of the citizens of the Federation Council of 57.7 per cent. The rating, as in previous months, is headed by Vladimir Zhirinovsky: about a quarter of respondents say that they would not trust him the solution of important public issues (according to the last week to 26.6%).

The survey involved the Russians at the age from 18 years. Every day polled 600 respondents not less than 80 regions of the country.
