The new Apple refuses to work in the cold.
Apple acknowledged that the screen of the new iPhone X responds badly to cold: at a temperature of about zero degrees with his work problems.
To solve this problem, the company intends to release an update for the software, said on Friday the representative of Apple.
According to him, the screen of the new iPhone loses its sensitivity, once in the cold. He’s not responding to any touch. Although after a few seconds the screen starts to work again.
Apple doesn’t explain what caused this problem. About when will the new software the company is not yet clarified.
