According to the EC, Carpenter could count on Russian military and PMCs.
Further development of the situation in the occupied Lugansk, associated with the conflict head “LNR” Igor Plotnitsky, and the “head of the Ministry of internal Affairs of LNR” Igor Kornet, depends on the decision of the Kremlin, said military experts of the group information resistance.
According to the EC, there are three options: “merge”, “LC” with “DND” with a single control center in Donetsk, the restoration of the status quo forced “reconciliation” Carpenter of the Cornet, or the displacement of Carpenter, to which Moscow also has a lot of claims.
The group also said that as of Wednesday morning, November 22, the center of Lugansk is surrounded by Russian forces and representatives of the PMCs, who have the order to control the situation and prevent its aggravation.
According to the EC, the latter was introduced in Lugansk in connection with the conflict. Four days before the incident, they came from Russia to Alchevsk freight transport of the army type.
It is noted that most of the militants “LNR” and representatives of other “security agencies” support the Cornet. Carpenter and his entourage can only rely on Russian soldiers and PMCs.
