The suspect will be offered voluntarily to appear before a Dutch court.
“The publication of the names of the people involved in the plane crash, is scheduled intermediate stage and the evidence that Ukraine and the Netherlands are paying maximum attention to the investigation of this case. The next step will be an official announcement about the chances,” said ENIN.
After that the International investigation team will still take some time to complete the pre-trial investigation and transfer to court indictments.
“We will offer the suspect to voluntarily appear before the Dutch court,” the official said.
The case against the Ukrainians will be heard in the court of the Netherlands under a special procedure spelled out in the bilateral agreement. They will give evidence via video link, while being in Ukraine.
Today, 2 January, the Dutch authorities should publish a list of names of those involved, according to the official investigation, to the fall of the Malaysian airliner flight MH17 in the Donbas.
