The Ministry of infrastructure has recognized the error in the application of the entry ban to the EU for Ukrainians on the cars which do not have pass on the technical inspection of the vehicle and apologized.

Due to incorrect presentation of information from the official website removed the statement that based on the requirements of the Association Agreement, 2018 mandatory inspection for entering the EU car.
In turn, the Ministry reported that the idea of banning travel abroad cars without inspection remains in force and the relevant bill will soon be sent to the VRU.
“The document on the technical inspection while crossing the state border of Ukraine will become mandatory after the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada and the entry into force of the law. The Ministry of infrastructure together with MPs in the near future will send a bill for consideration and looks forward to its endorsement by 2018 “, – stated in the message.
It is also noted that these rules must be entered “pursuant to the Association Agreement”, but the European really emphasizes that in fact the Agreement contains no such requirement.
The bill, which came at the disposal of the edition, it intends to impose such restrictions to all vehicles with Ukrainian registration, traveling abroad, and not only for those travelling to member countries of the EU.
