Infinity of the Treasury: Sanctions against Russia will remain in force

The newly appointed U.S. Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin said that while talking about lifting sanctions against Russia is not.

Sworn in on 13 February, the Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin said that sanctions against Russia will continue to operate.

According to him, sanctions remain an important component in relations between Washington and Moscow.

The U.S. Senate approved a former Goldman Sachs banker Mnuchin to new positions on February 13. His candidacy was announced by trump on 30 November 2016. In January 2017, Mnuchin said that he fully supports sanctions against Russia.
