On a scene employees it is investigative-task force of the Zhytomyr Department of the police found out that the lady of the house at about 16: 00 back home and saw the broken door. When the woman went to the apartment, he found a stranger there. He barricaded himself in a room and tried to escape by jumping out the window.
Thief-loser called an ambulance and was taken to the hospital, where he subsequently carried out surgery.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 3 185 (Theft) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
Have men taken jewelry from silver stolen from the apartment, as well as the tool by which he broke the lock in the door, – said the head of the Zhytomyr police Department Michael Soroka. – Now we check, if he is not involved in other similar burglaries.
Now 35-year-old suspect is threatened by punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 6 years.
