Employees of ambulance stations in Kiev announced the beginning of the action against changes under health reform – daily at 12:00, driving through the streets of the city, they will turn on the siren.
This was stated by the Chairman of the trade Union of employees of Zaporozhye ambulance Anatoly Sidorenko.
According to him, the sirens will be activated for a few minutes, expressing the attitude of doctors to the provisions of the medical reform, which abolished the posts of doctor and paramedic in the ambulance. Instead, it is planned to introduce the position of paramedics.
The Union said the reduction in training in the brigade will worsen providing first medical aid and are going to protest as long as their demands are not taken into account.
