Fuel reserves at PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” will only last until September 10.
This was announced by the head of the Council of public organization “all-Ukrainian center for reform of transport infrastructure,” Vladimir Naumov on his page in Facebook.
“01.09.17. PJSC “ME”. The total turnover of 9.2 hoppers, gondolas 9.1. DT – 9 days,” he said.
Naumov also assumed that in connection with shortage of fuel at PJSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” will be forced to borrow online a loan from traders.
Note, the nearest purchase of diesel fuel for the railway will take place in late October. After the abolition of the “formula of the tender” branch of the software of production (OTC) has announced 15 tender for the purchase of 150 tonnes of diesel fuel under the old procedure. The first eight auctions (80 kt DT) on October 24.
A shortage of diesel fuel on the railroad primarily connected with the failure of the “formula of the tender” for the purchase of 90 thousand tons of diesel fuel, which was scheduled for September 2.
The reason was sabotage the transition to formula-based pricing in the procurement of fuel, management of CLC, headed by Vitaly Tsvigun. The tender was to be held at the beginning of the year, but, in fact, reached the finish line in August and were challenged by the traders in the AMC.
