The size of social benefits for people with disabilities will increase from 1 December.
In Ukraine will increase about 10 social benefits for people with disabilities. Thus, the growth starts from 1 December 2017.
This was stated by Vice-Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko, reports a press-service of the government.
“We have increased pensions of disabled persons and the amount of the pension for the disabled has increased from 1 October 2017. Those who received 949 UAH, pensions increased by 44% to UAH 1373, other categories of persons with disabilities the increase was on average 11%,” — said Rozenko .
He noted that people with disabilities receive social assistance, which depends, in part, from the size of the subsistence minimum.
Due to the fact that from 1 December this year will increase living wage, increase their social payments to people with disabilities — about 10 types of payments, — said Deputy Prime Minister.
Rozenko also noted that from 1 December for all categories of Ukrainians will increase social benefits, whose size depends on the size of the subsistence minimum.
