Chocolate production in Ukraine for the month fell by 11.5%.
In Ukraine, the production of chocolate and food preparations containing cocoa, in February 2017 amounted to 12.3 thousand tons, which is 11.5% less than January 2017.

Thus, compared to February 2016, the chocolate production decreased by 0.3%. For 2 months this year it produced 26.3 thousand tons of chocolate.
The production of sugar confectionery (including white chocolate), not containing cocoa, in February amounted to 14.5 thousand tons, which is 18,5% more than in January of 2017 and 9.5% more compared to February last year.
Production of sweet biscuits, waffles in February 2017 amounted to 21 thousand tons, or 16.6% more than in January this year and 5.9% more than in February 2016.
