In Ukraine sharply increased the crime rate

For two years the crime rate has increased by 12%, and the detection rate has fallen by 25.5%.

In 2016 in Ukraine identified more than 592 thousand crimes, which is 11.9% more than two years earlier.

This is evidenced by the state service statistics.

At the same time in Ukraine became less convicted – almost 76 thousand people have been convicted in the past year, which is 25.5% less than in 2014.

In addition, according to Department, in Ukraine for two years, the number of persons brought to administrative responsibility decreased by 474 thousand to 2 million 183 thousand.

The number of civil cases considered by courts (with the decision) in Ukraine for two years also declined.
So, in 2016, the number of such cases amounted to 980,5 million, which is 22.9 per thousand less than in 2014.
