The Bank’s shareholders plan at the meeting on 15 September to consider the issue of termination of banking activities of financial institutions.
According to the agenda of the meeting, shareholders will consider the issue of termination of banking activity PJSC “Industrial-financial Bank” without termination of the legal person and intend to approve the plan of dissolution.
“In transition, within 6 months, the Bank will pay with its clients, legal and natural persons on current and Deposit obligations, and will continue to operate as a financial services company, the focus of which is lending,” the message reads “Promfinbank”.
It also noted that presently the Bank has already accumulated sufficient funds for the full payment.
