In Ukraine increased the volumes of construction

Construction enterprises of Ukraine increased volumes of work.

Construction enterprises of Ukraine in January-April 2017 increased volume of work compared to the same period last year by 17.8% to 20.3 billion hryvnas, reported the State statistics service of Ukraine.

In particular, according to the state statistics service, the volume of works on construction of buildings for the reporting period increased by 18.5% to 11.4 billion UAH, including for the construction of residential buildings – by 16.9%, to 6.3 billion UAH, nonresidential building construction – by 20.7%, to 5 billion hryvnia.

Work on construction of engineering structures grew by 17% up to 8.9 billion UAH. In the state statistics service noted that the work on new construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment in January-April amounted to 81.3% of the total, while the works on capital and current repair of 9.9% and 8.8%, respectively. According to the report, construction companies of Kyiv in the period increased the workload of 20.4% to 5.3 billion UAH, completing 26.1% of the total work in the country. In the message of the state statistics it is noted that these data are presented excluding the temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as part of the zone of the antiterrorist operation.

As reported, in January-March 2017 construction enterprises of Ukraine increased the volume of work compared to the same period last year by 19.4% – up to 14.2 billion hryvnia. In 2016, the Ukrainian construction enterprises increased compared to the year 2015 by 13.1% – to 70.9 billion, and in 2015 decreased by 14.9 percent to 55.9 billion.
