In January-may 2017 production of bread and bakery products in Ukraine decreased by 7.6% compared to the same period in 2016.
According to the State statistics service (state statistics) of Ukraine.
For the first 5 months of 2017 in Ukraine officially produced 431 thousand tons.
In may, was delivered 90 tons of bread or 5.3% more than in April. In comparison with may of 2016, decrease the baking was 3%.
The volume of flour production for the period amounted to 763 thousand tons, which is 1.5% less than in January-may 2016.
In may 2017 the volume of its production amounted to 139 thousand tons, which is 5.9% less than the April figure, but 3.4% more than was produced in may 2016.
