In Ukraine fell sharply coal mining

In April 2017 the extraction of raw coal decreased by 22.3%.

Coal mining enterprises of Ukraine in January-April 2017 reduced production of raw coal according to the operative data, at 3.3% (439,9 thousand tons) compared to the same period of 2016 – up to 13 million to 66.1 thousand tons.

As reported a source in the Ministry of energy and coal industry, coking coal mining fell by 25% (769,5 thousand tons) – up to 2 million 309,3 thousand tons, while energy increased by 3.2% (to 329,6 thousand tons) – up to 10 756,8 million tons.

At the same time in April 2017, the production of raw coal decreased by 22.3% (777 tonnes) compared to April-2016 – up to 2 million 706,6 thousand ton, which is associated with the capture of militants of the coal enterprises of DTEK in temporarily uncontrollable territory.

By the end of April-2016 total prey captured “Komsomolets of Donbass”, Sverdlovanthracite and rovenkyanthracite made 718,6 thousand tons, as announced by the CEO of DTEK Maxim Timchenko production plan for these companies for 2017 was 12 million tons.
