About 79 people were evacuated from Charlton County, GA.
As noted, the fire, which was caused by lightning in the beginning of April in the Reserve “Okefenokee National”, burned more than 47,7 thousands of hectares of forests. In the last days managed to be extinguished only 4.4 thousand hectares of land, since the incident saved the dangerous conditions of a fire. The rapid spread of fire contributes to a strong wind and droughty weather.
