In Philadelphia (USA) the woman in the car drove into a crowd of people, causing eight people were injured.
Police say, according to the woman, the cause of the incident was that the car brakes did not work.
The victims were hospitalized in the district hospital. Also noted that among them was a pregnant woman.
Currently the case is under investigation.
