Specialists in information security from the company Two Six Labs have found a way to open popular in the USA gun safe without entering the PIN-code in just few seconds.
One of the most popular in the USA safes, Vaultek VT20i can be hacked via Bluetooth connection pre-prepared data packet, after which it will open without entering a PIN. According to the researchers, it does not need an individual approach or specific knowledge, and thus it is possible to crack any safe with an active Bluetooth connection and PIN changes will not affect the result.
